Prudential Attention: Terry LeClair Re: Heidi Di Panfilo Dear Terry; I would like to begin by saying that this is the first time I have ever wanted to write a letter to express my sincere appreciation: Heidi has done an amazing job for me, even after the sale. Heidi has truly given me the peace of mind from the moment we first spoke. I interviewed five agents, explaining to each my dilemma and urgency. Peggy Hill... how do I describe her? Well, my first words: friendly, real, honest and reliable. When you meet Peggy you won’t be intimidated and will quickly realize that you are in very competent hands. When I was ready to purchase a home after my long-term marriage had ended, Peggy was my only choice. It’s pretty surreal to be purchasing a home on your own and we are inundated with choices of real estate agents. I was so thankful that Peggy would be there with me every step of the way. Peggy made certain I understood the process and as I thanked her profusely, she told me that it was her privilege to work for me. Peggy took me through a few homes in my selected area to give me a taste of what was within my price range while keeping in mind my “wish list”. Now, I don’t always do things the traditional way. I stumbled across an open house, fell in love with the place and within an hour left Peggy an “oh my god, you have to call me message” (on a Sunday afternoon!). Peggy did her research on the home/area, called me right back and set up a time to view the property with me that day. She also took me to another property so I wouldn’t just be jumping at something without being able to compare prices, features, etc. That same night I was at Peggy’s office putting together an Offer (so much for Sunday dinner with her family). She explained everything and I wasn’t the least bit nervous – why would I be when I had a trusting professional working with me? Anyway, after a few negotiations, the next evening I was a “homeowner-to-be”. Now as anyone who has purchased a home knows, you are not done yet! There are all those little details (finances, inspections, lawyers, etc.). Peggy co-ordinated everything, referring me to professionals as need be. Fortunately for me, my perfect house was in fact pretty darn close to perfect and the deal was finalized. I’m now settled in my beautiful new home and am so very, very happy. Lucky me! As you can see, I highly recommend Peggy. She is down to earth, reliable and won’t let you just jump in without full thought and understanding. You’re in great hands with Peggy. The ten Little Brothers that were sponsored by your members to play in the game had an absolutely wonderful time. Nine of the ten Little Brothers do not have the opportunity to play hockey on a regular basis, so it was truly an amazing experience for them. Thank you as well for assisting in providing hockey equipment for our Little Brothers so that they could participate. They looked great! The funds raised that day will also have a positive impact on our agency in helping us to continue to provide the mentoring programs that are so important to the children of our community. This event was so well organized and truly indicative of what we know the Rotary is all about. Once again, the children and the families that we serve have benefited immeasurably. Thank you all again.
